We build the PHYRE15 to a standard, and we stand behind it for as long as the original owner runs it.
Defects in materials and workmanship of Phyrebird-manufactured components, for the lifetime of the original owner, registered to the rifle's serial number. If we built it wrong, we repair or replace it — our call, our cost, including return shipping on valid claims.
Premium components we install (trigger, charging handle, stock, magazines and similar) are covered by their own manufacturers' warranties — and we'll help you run those claims rather than leave you to it.
Normal wear and finish wear from use; damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification or disassembly beyond routine maintenance; improper or overpressure ammunition; corrosion from lack of care; and cosmetic issues arising after use. The warranty is not transferable and does not affect rights you may have under law.
Email sales@phyrebirdarms.com with your serial number, a description, and photos. We'll respond with next steps and, if a return is needed, shipping instructions that comply with federal law. Never ship a firearm to us without an authorization.
