Policies
Every rifle ships insured, with adult signature required, from our FFL to your chosen licensed FFL dealer — never to a residence. We ship to the lower 48 states. Rifles are built to order; your build and ship timeline are confirmed when we confirm your order, and you receive tracking when it leaves the shop. Phoenix-area local pickup is available and is itself an FFL transfer with a background check.
Inspect your rifle at your FFL before completing the transfer. If anything isn't right, don't accept the transfer — contact us and we'll make it right: repair, replace, or refund (less shipping) for rifles returned unfired and as shipped. Once the transfer is complete, the rifle is legally a used firearm and returns are handled through the Warranty instead.
Full refund on any order canceled before it ships. After shipment, the inspect-before-transfer window above applies.
Apparel and gear may be returned unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping.
