Short version: we collect what you send us to build and ship your rifle, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet.
What you send us — name, contact details, your build, and your FFL dealer's information when you reserve, email, or call. Chat messages — the "Ask Phyrebird" assistant sends your messages to our AI service provider to generate answers; please don't put sensitive personal details in chat (the assistant will tell you the same). Site analytics — aggregate, cookieless page metrics; no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
To build, confirm, and ship your order; to answer your questions; and to meet the legal obligations of a licensed firearms manufacturer. We share information only with the service providers that make that work — payment/escrow (GunTab) when you pay, shipping carriers, our website and AI infrastructure — and where the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
