Phoenix, Arizona Aerospace

Built like aircraft.
Not like guns.

Phyrebird Arms is an aerospace company that builds rifles. We hold a receiver to the same standard as flight hardware — start from the alloy the aerospace world trusts, machine it to tight tolerances, and refuse to take anything off the rifle to hit a price.

01

The standard

The PHYRE15 begins as 7075-T6 aerospace billet — the same alloy class that frames airliners and landing gear — cut on CNC and held to thousandths. The 14.5″ barrel is pinned and welded to a permanent 16″ length, suppressor ready. The PhyreFighter muzzle device, the skeletonized M-LOK rail, the Type III hardcoat anodize: every part earns its place on the rifle or it isn't there.

We don't publish a feature list to look long. We publish what the rifle actually is.

02

One rifle

Most makers chase a catalog. We chase one rifle. The PHYRE15 gets every hour of our attention — every revision, every part we make in-house, every unit checked before it leaves. Focus is the point. Get this one right, then earn the next.

03

Phoenix

Designed, machined, and built in Phoenix, Arizona. The bird and the city carry the same idea: heat and pressure, and something that comes out stronger for it. It's on the rifle, it's on the wall, and it's how we work.
