Every firearm sale completes through a licensed FFL dealer with a background check. You must be of legal age and legally eligible, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your state and locality. Orders are confirmed when payment completes through our secure payment request (escrow-protected), and are subject to our Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies. We may decline or cancel any order we cannot lawfully or practically fulfill, with a full refund.
