Engineering • The PHYRE15
An aerospace approach to an AR-platform rifle: the right alloy, real tolerances, and a permanent, suppressor-ready barrel. Here's exactly what's on it, and why.
Materials
Aerospace-grade alloy, machined from billet — stronger and more fatigue-resistant than common 6061.
Muzzle device permanently pinned & welded to a 16″ overall length. No NFA paperwork; suppressor ready.
Threaded, suppressor-compatible design. Our own.
Long, light, and free-floated for a full sight radius and clean mounting.
A clean, consistent break. The one part you feel on every shot.
Black, Green, or Titanium. Hard, even, and corrosion-resistant — no upcharge for color.
The Wylde chamber runs both 5.56 and .223 with an eye on accuracy.
Light without thinning the parts that matter.
The pinned-and-welded muzzle device brings the 14.5″ barrel to a 16″ legal overall length as built and sold — a standard rifle under federal NFA rules, suppressor ready out of the box. General product information, not legal advice: firearms laws vary by state and locality, so verify your local laws and confirm with your FFL.
How it's made
Every part is drawn and revised in-house against one goal: the rifle, not the spec sheet.
7075-T6 billet cut on CNC to tight tolerances in Phoenix, Arizona.
Type III hardcoat anodize in Black, Green, or Titanium — hard-wearing and even.
Hand-assembled and function-checked before any rifle leaves the shop.
Shipped to your chosen FFL for the background check and transfer. Phoenix-area pickup available.
